Refund policy

At KROSER, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ikroser.com.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required

Once your request is received, we will review it within 1–3 business days and provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after authorization
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Only the product price is refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package:

  • Shipping fees may not be refunded
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

EU Right of Withdrawal 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@ikroser.com before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
