If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

International Shipping & EU Orders:
For orders shipped to European Union countries:

Import VAT, customs duties, and other local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please consult your local customs office for more information. KROSER is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or package refusals due to customs.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at support@ikroser.com before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of KROSER and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

EU Consumers:
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
