Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can also track your order through your account dashboard if you created an account at checkout.


Order Changes & Address Updates

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Shipping fees may not be refunded.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

For orders shipped to European Union countries, import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs charges, import taxes, VAT, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Peak season shipping volume


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

For international orders, please allow up to 21 business days.

If tracking shows that the package has arrived in your country, you may also contact your local carrier or customs office for more information.
