Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ikroser.com.

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process below.
  

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us at support@ikroser.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (if applicable), within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where permitted by applicable law, including customized or personalized items.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  
• All original tags and packaging should be included whenever possible.
