Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at krosershopify@outlook.com.

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process below
  

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
  
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once your request is received, we will review it within 1–3 business days and provide return instructions.

Important:

• Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after authorization

Return Shipping

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Once your return is received and approved:
